Youth Civic Launchpad is a specialized incubator in Bardibas, Nepal, designed for +2 Students (Grade 11 and 12). Our theme "Beyond Tokenism" moves youth engagement from symbolic presence to real-world policy impact. We believe students are the architects of municipal future.
Strategic Rationale: We operate in Bardibas because it is a regional nexus at the intersection of major trade routes, offering a streamlined bureaucratic environment for rapid policy prototyping.

Operations specialist managing the logistics of our 4-day intensive sprint. As a Founder and Program Coordinator, Kriti ensures every student leader and mentor has the resources needed for high-impact innovation.
Responsible for documenting the program journey through video and text. As a Founder and Project Archivist, Samip captures the "institutional memory" of the Launchpad for national documentary release.
Manages the financial transparency and resource allocation. As a Founder and Project Treasurer, Sailesh ensures every rupee of sponsorship is invested directly into student impact and community solutions.
A student team identified physical barriers in Ward 3. They designed a low-cost ramp system which was subsequently adopted and built by the Municipality.
A smart waste-management solution utilizing sensors to alert collectors. Currently in the pilot phase with the Bardibas Sanitation Department.
